I can't log in or use my Xbox app on my Microsoft surface proX

1. Please use Edge browser and make sure to sign in your Microsoft account on this link: Contact Us - Microsoft Support.

Click on Surface Devices and you will get this screen:





2. On the bottom part of that screen above you will see "Get support in your browser" click on that. Then, you will see this page.





3. Type " Live Agent " on then click on " Get Help" and you will see this page.





4. Click the "Contact Support" at the bottom of the page showing on the screenshot above. Then select the Category "Technical Support". Select the device you are using, and you should be routed to a chat window to talk to a live agent.





Please do note that the availability of these options may vary depending on the nature of the issue and your region. If you’re still unable to reach them, consider trying at a different time preferably during business hours. These are steps I have tried before.

I have repeated them to no success.

I can not contact surface support. Every attempt and avenue I follow always leads me to a webpage which tells me to check the forums for help. I then check the forums and there are no similar issues. This thread was my only hope for support but it appears to be closed.

I'm just cancelling my Xbox membership and not going to bother with trying to fix it anymore if there is no support for it. What is the point in paying $230 a year if I can't use what I am paying for?

Those were all the very first steps I took way before attempting to contact support.

I really do want to contact microsoft support but there isn't a way to do it. I know I have a very specific issues which can't be solved on these forums, and all I wanted to do was to contact support for the product I bought.

So I followed your instructions about to try and contact Microsoft support.

I clicked on the link in your comment and it opened the contact us page.





I then click on the "surface devices" button and it wants to open up the app on my computer:





I then get a button which is promiseing "get help" Hurray! That's all I wanted:





I then get a nice little tab to click on which says "contact support"





Then I get the option to post on the forum and ask a questions





Well that isn't very helpful....

If I select that i'm having issues with windows I just get these options:





Which is less steps, but still unhelpful.

So I really don't know what I am supposed to do.
