I cant log in onto Minecraft Bedrock

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to log in to Minecraft Bedrock.

Based on the information you provided, I would like to suggest the following potential solutions.
(Skip the ones you already tried)

1. Run the Gaming Services repair tool. Please click below, expand the field that says “Downloadable version” and follow the steps.

2. Search “Services” by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.
Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

3. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

4. Right-click on the Windows button and select PowerShell (run as an administrator).
Then, run the following command: (You may want to copy and paste the entire command)

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}.

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
After that, please restart your computer and try again.

5. Create a new local user on your PC. Then test if you have the same outcome or not.

Based on the information you provided, there could be a possible issue with the license of the game. It is also possible that the Windows Store needs a reset to clear the Store cache. To resolve your concern, you may perform the following solutions on your PC:

Make sure you are running the latest version of the device. If we are using Windows 10, please proceed the following steps:

1. Click start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
   
2. Please be sure as well that all available updates are installed on your device.
   

If you are still unable to log in, please try the following steps:



1. Close the Minecraft Bedrock application completely.

2. Sign out of your Microsoft account on your device.

3. Sign back in to your Microsoft account.

4. Reopen the Minecraft Bedrock application and try logging in again.

Try to check if your account has been added too many devices on your end, this may actually be caused for this issue we have, to sort this out, see the following:

1. Sign in your account through http://account.microsoft.com/.
   
2. Then, look for the Devices option.
   
3. Check if you were able to see devices and see for remove option.
   
4. Check if you can be able to launch the game.
   

If the issue persists, please proceed with:

Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
   
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
   
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   
   

Re-register the Windows Store to refresh and update the licenses of the games and apps that you installed on your computer.

1. Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard.
   
2. Open Command Prompt (Admin).
   
3. Paste the following command: PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
   
4. You should see a progress bar that re-register the Windows Store on your computer
   
5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Hello, so i changed my account name and logged onto a server I play. When i logged on i had nothing in my inventory (On Minecraft Bedrock Edition). So I got the same name to the account back, but I can't log on because it says "XUID doesnt match possible impersonation attempt. Can anyone help with that?
