    When i want launch a games i press "a" and nothing happend

    When i want reset the factory values i can't that was the same case nothing happen when i press "a"

    And when i want jsut turn off are reboot the console nothing again

    I buy my xbox one the 7/11/2015

    0Mbps download speed

    desperately trying to find a solution. Over the last few days we can't get any download speed on our Xbox - consistently says 0Mbps. Have connected it via Ethernet, put it in the DMZ on the router, power cycled on and off, reset the console .. all to
    no avail. Since the last reset it now says it has a 460Mb update to do, which of course it can't do. We can't download games or updates, can't stream tv. Internet provider no help, Microsoft support didn't have much to offer other than the reset. Any ideas

    Error Code: 0x8027025a after update

    Hello, like the title says. I recently downloaded a Xbox One Update, I am on a Xbox One s, and error code: 0x8027025a keeps popping up. I can't launch any games or apps. I tried a number of possible fixes, from the ones on the websites" help page for this
    error code and others methods, Such as factory reset with the keep games and apps function, power cycles, restarting, removing my account from the Xbox, restarting again and re-downloading my account. The last method was a temporary fix and with mixed results.
    I was able to launch a game, but once I close said game to play another game. The error code returns and I can't launch any other games/apps. I can't even re-launch the game that just worked a few minutes ago.

    Why Do I Have To Reset My Console?

    If I launch the game there is not a prompt, if I restart the console by holding the power button off for 10seconds and launch it, then I get the prompt.

    So the whole problem is, why do I need to reset my entire console everytime to know if there is an update.

    1. First turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

    2. If that doesn't help please reformat your console keeping games and apps: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload).

    3. If you can't do the factory reset through the menu please reformat the console in pre-boot:

    a) Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. Plug it back in.

    b) Hold BIND (connect controllers) and EJECT and then while holding those push the power button on the console.

    c) Hold those two buttons until you hear 2 power up tones and then let go.

    d) On the troubleshooter select Reset > Reset keeping games and apps.

    Instant resume of this game hard crashes my Xbox One X

    Hitting the same issue here. Most times i can't even launch the game from the HUB. I have to launch it from the Apps & Games area but only after a complete power cycle. It's the only game that has ever randomly "Shut off" my console.

    Same thing here. Was working fine until the March update. Games show the launch/splash screen, then crash back to home. Can't quit it because it never actually started. The only fix is to hard reset holding down the power button. Very frustrating when
    I only have 20 minutes to play, and 5 minutes of that is wasted trying over and over to launch the game and then reboot the console...

    Psychonauts Update Broke the Game?

    First id try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Turn it back on and try again.

    If that doesn’t help then I’d delete the game and reinstall it. Should be a quick process with an older game.
    So, any update on the situation? I still can't play the game...
