I can’t launch dark souls 1 even though I own it and have played it on my previous Xbox

Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly double check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where it was purchased. Once confirmed, try signing out/in then try launching the game again.

I Pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition on 2/18/16. I still have not received my code for Dark Souls (1) via xbox live messages. It is past the 7-10 day promised window. I've called the support line multiple times with no resolve.

I'm very disappointed, over promised and under delivered. I'd much rather own a hard copy but I settled for the soft version, completely motivated because it came with a dark souls 1 copy, and even more motivated that I'd have something to show and play
for my $85 until 4/12.

I realize that dark souls will be backwards compatible eventually. My issue is that the description led me to believe that this code would alow me to play dark souls on the xbox one as soon as i got it. I already own dark souls for 360, and if i have to
wait anyway, i would rather use the game i own.

Dark Souls is fantastic everyone should own it. I thought Demon's Souls was better though.

I preordered dark souls 3 on February 19th and still have not recieved my code for dark souls 1 on xbox one
