I can't launch black ops 3 on disc

I've bought 2 different bo3 discs and neither work. All my other discs work on my xbox but ive tried both of the bo3 discs on my friend's xbox and they both work.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If this is the only disc game that you're having an issue with, let's try to download the digital version then insert the disc before launching to read the license. Kindly follow the steps below:

1. Open the Xbox app on your phone and sign in

2. Search for Call Of Duty Black Ops 3

3. Press Download to console and select the destination console

4. Once the game has been installed on that console, the disc can be inserted to play.

If that's the case, kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I tried doing it but it's still crashing at the same spot

try launching the game from your hdd, then inserting the disc after you click launch and it asks for you to put in the disc.. i do this for my black ops

Thank you for post. I understand you are trying to launch Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 without a disc. In order to be able to launch the game, a disc must be inserted to your console or you must purchase the game digitally. The disc is absolutely necessary
to launch.
