power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also,

removing the profile and downloading it back may resolve the issue as well. Be sure to let us know the results!

Have you tried deleting the cookies from your web browser for Xbox site?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue getting logged out of your sessions.

If you haven't already I would suggest trying to uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then try that again when it comes to the mobile app.

On the PC I would suggest restarting the computer, performing a clean boot, or uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

The problem apppears when I login in mi Phone or PC. I really don't know why or if I should post here but the problem is with the account. Also the problem don't appesr when I login in Microsoft page, Just in xbox page.
