    I can't just play multiplayer, account problems.


    My account is set with a, idk, child stuff, who cares, the problem is that this configuration in my account won't let me play multiplayer games. What the hell, how is a configuration not allowing me to play multiplayer games, when the most played games today
    need multiplayer. And i don't know how to deal with this ****, nothing helps me in those topics. I bought the console thinking about the multiplayer stuff also, i've already faced a lot of problems, i just want to play the game. wtf.

    ANYBODY HAVING ISSUES PLAYING MULTIPLAYER CAN'T GET IN ANY LOBBIES. JUST UNABLE TO CONNECT. I CAN PLAY ALL OTHER MODES FINE WITH NO ISSUES. I CAN PLAY GHOST AND BATTLEFIELD WITH NO PROBLEMS.

    I can't play in multiplayer

    Hello,

    I've just bought a prepaid card for 3 months subscription Xbox Live Gold. It worked but when I want to play a game it says : "The current profil can't play xbox live". The card expires in March 2018.

    I changed networks settings but still doesn't work. I tested the connection and it works fine and I can download free games by Xbox Live.

    I have the same problem on my Grand-daughter's account. Her settings are correct to allow Multiplayer on xbox.com. I can play Multiplayer but she can't.

    Hi!

    If you're on console, try clearing the cache with the
    power cycle     system. If it still does not work, delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

    I know the problem now. My account just says it's free but actually I'm Gold but there are some features of Gold I can't use. I can still play multiplayer in games and watch Youtube or whatever but the 'Games with Gold' Feature is unavailable with Gold Trial.
