I cant join someone

Discus and support I cant join someone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So there's someone hosting a server I play on, I can join everyone else on my friends list, and everyone can join him without an invite needed......     So there's someone hosting a server I play on, I can join everyone else on my friends list, and everyone can join him without an invite needed... except me, anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on the situation

    Xbox Live is down

    i cant join parties send messages unles someone sends me one and when they do i cant hear them. xbox is not down but there are problems

    cant get into parties for some reason

    this has gone on for the passed couple of days i cant join any kind of party bu ti can join my friends games please help someone!!!!!

    if you did it then if you join someone else when you completed it then they cant do it. they have to play with someone else

    Can't Connect to Xbox Live party or Black Ops 2 Game with friends.

    Why would there be an issue when you start an xbox live party that with certain people you just cant join their party and they cant join yours, but if someone else creates the party room, everyone can join and chat. We have set and checked everything possible,but
    no luck.
