    I can't join servers on my nintendo switch


    When i try to join a server on my Nintendo Switch on Minecraft, it says "Unable to connect to world." no matter what server I try to join. I can join worlds and realms just fine, this is only happening for servers. I am logged in with my Microsoft and Nintendo Switch Online account and have deleted and redownloaded the game several times, is there any way to fix this?

    Hey there diamondwolffx,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox Forums community for advice on accessing cross-platform play for Minecraft. I can totally understand how this situation could be confusing.

    I suggest getting in touch with Mojang as they will be best equipped to handle issues with access cross-platform play through Minecraft.

    Also, just to make sure I'm reading correctly, are you playing this off of a Switch?

    If you are, it would be best to reach out to
    Nintendo     at some point for more accurate troubleshooting pertaining to that console.

    If you are using an Xbox, I recommend going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once
    that has been done, go to Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

    I'm having the same issue. On the Nintendo Switch I can not connect to any servers. On my Android phone, i can connect to servers.

    Check to see if you can sign into another account and if you can then see if you can sign out of your Microsoft Account and maybe Hard Reser your Switch by Fully shutting it down if that doesnt work go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/
