    I can’t join servers on Minecraft Nintendo switch version.


    I have tried to play servers on my nintendo switch but it says i need to have signed into my nintendo and microsoft account, but i have done both. How do i fix this problem?

    Hi there this is a microsoft forum so anything relating to the nintendo switch will need to be done through the nintendo forum or support pages or minecraft/mojang support or help forums. Also I am aware that there are tons of servers on multiple devices
    and games being laggy or not working due to high traffic with more people playing games due to covid 19 lockdowns. I hope this helps you and hope you are well and safe.

If the link provided wasn't helpful, it would be best to get in touch with the Nintendo Switch support for further assistance. Keep in mind that this could also be from the game developer's side so might want to check with them as well in case there are no issues with the Nintendo Switch.
    I play on PS4 and I have the same problem. I can’t join any servers because of that.

    Kindly make sure that the Microsoft account that you used in signing in is the correct Microsoft account.

    Also, make sure that your account setting is setup correctly. Sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.
