I can't join servers and i also can't add friends in my Minecraft

I understand you need help in joining servers for Minecraft.

I believe this is due to the privacy settings that you currently have on your account.

Please check this link and see if you can access your privacy settings to make changes:

If you do not have access to it, it means that your account is a child account and under 21 years old. Only adult has access to this.

You may need to be added under family from an adult account first so that they can set up the privacy settings for you.

You can have an adult account add you here:

Once added, just make sure to have the adult account sign in to the privacy link and change your settings so you can have access to these features.

Are you sure your Xbox is online and not in offline mode?

Also are you trying to join a friends game? Because you can only join games with people who you have added as friends. You can't just search for random worlds. If your looking for random ones you could always just search Google for Xbox one Minecraft servers
and add people who have their worlds up.
