    Hello i was wondering why whenever i try and play online it says my account is not aloud to do that which i dont understand ive changed the settings to let me do it but it still continues to say my account is restricted to do this i dont know if this is able to change if it is please someone help its been like this for years and ive always been so angry about it

    Would you please check and confirm that the multiplayer on your account is set to allow following the next steps:

    1. Open your web browser and navigate to the official Xbox website. Sign in using your credentials.
    2. Now, click on the tab of Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety. Make sure that the option of You can join multiplayer games is Allowed.
    Also, would you please provide us with the full error message you are receiving.
