Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

I recommend getting in contact with Xbox customer support and formal report this issue so a case can be made and the information can be gathered and sent to the correct team. I've seen other reports on here of a similar issue and you will need to contact
customer support to get it formal reported since this issue cannot be solved through troubleshooting from what I have seen.
