I can't join on any online sessions in Forza Horizon 4 (Win 10)

I can't join on any online sessions in Forza Horizon 4. Olso my Xbox application on windows 10 says that server connection is blocked. I tried everything but nothing seems to work. I tried everything what is write on mincrosoft support, forums and youtube.

Another issue that i have is parental control in Xbox Live. Me or my parents never set it and i have an adult birth date on my mincrosoft account.

Forza Horizon 3 connection issue

I'm having trouble joining online games on forza horizon 3 it says finding session then comes up with network diagnostics saying unable to join with a support id and server id

 

I cant join a club or download any paintjobs in Forza Horizon 4

I can't join a club or download any paint jobs in Forza Horizon 4 because of Xbox live parental control and I can't turn it off pls help me!!!

Have you tried reseting your router/modem to factory setting seems your wifi connection blocked the xbox servers for some reason

 

I fix almost everything, i dont have parental control in Xbox Live but still i cant join any session. I will try connect to different wifi.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will try our best to get you back on the racetrack! I see you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting and research already, you also mentioned you have parental controls set on your account. Even if you have
an adult birthdate on your Microsoft Account, an Xbox profile will stay as a child if it was created that way. Try playing the game with the adult account that controls yours and see if it will allow you to play online. If it doesn't then it could be a connection
issue and for that please provide a screenshot of the connection test you are seeing the "blocked" status.
