I can't join my friends mine raft realm

Discus and support I can't join my friends mine raft realm in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; whenever I join it always stops on the "building Terrain" part of the loading screen.     I can't join my friends mine raft realm


    whenever I join it always stops on the "building Terrain" part of the loading screen. I've tried all the advice online I could find but it didn't work.

    Also before you ask there was no error code. It just doesn't let me get past the loading screen.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you're on Xbox kindly perform a powercycle by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game.
