I cant join multiplayer on minecraft .I t says it cant coz of the way my microsoft account...

For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

Here's how to adjust the multiplayer on your account:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the official Xbox website. Sign in using your credentials.
   
2. Now, click on the tab of Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety. Make sure that the option of You can join multiplayer games is Allowed.
   

However, if your account is a child account or linked to a parental account, the parental account or the organizer account is the only one who can change the sitting on your account. They just need to sign in to Microsoft Family Safety and locate your account then allow the Multiplayer feature.

This may possibly be because you have settings that restrict this, especially on child accounts, if that applies to you. To change this, you must find the "Allow to join multiplayer games" in account privacy settings, and set this to allow. This also maybe that you need Xbox Live Gold, as you need Xbox Live Gold to play any games online that aren't free. E.g. free games like Fortnite and Roblox are online games, but both free to play meaning you don't need Xbox Live Gold to play them. But you need Xbox Live Gold to play online on games that you have to pay to download, e.g. Minecraft.
