I can't join Game Pass Ultimate

Discus and support I can't join Game Pass Ultimate in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I'm trying to upgrade game pass ultimate but the join button is disabled, I have game pass for PC.     Have you tried a different browser or device? Are you in a family account by chance that has restrictions on purchases or subscriptions?

    What are you trying to do, upgrading with the join with 1$/€?

    Are you trying to upgrade from the xbox website or the Xbox app?

    That's what i thought it said on the text when i join ... But talking to 2 people on chat, they said otherwise...

    And now i'm afraid to click JOIN and then can't cancel, revert and so on...

    The text is:
