I can't join clubs/Minecraft Realm.

I have an Xbox account and it is not in a family. When I try to join or search for a club it says I need to change my privacy setting. When I try to change them it goes to

this article. Can you help me solve this problem?

I can't join Minecraft Realms

I can't join minecraft realms because of how my account is set up but I have "Join multiplayer games" and "You can create and join clubs" set to "Allow." I'm also not playing on a child account. Is there any way to fix this?

In my Privacy & online safety settings, I can't turn the ‘you can create and join clubs’ and 'Broadcast gameplay' to Allow, every time I turned them into 'Allow' and clicked submit, it turned back to block automatically. and I can't join Minecraft Realms

Have you tried to change the settings from the Xbox. If not, you can go and try it on the websites.

 

I tried both ways. On Xbox, it says to go on the website and when I go to the website it redirects me to the link above.

then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save them this way.
Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, console etc.
