    Thanks for reaching out with this situation. First have you been able to confirm that your subscription is active in your

    Microsoft Services & subscriptions    ? Are you signed into the account that owns the GamePass subscription when trying to install the game? If so, Please try

    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console     and see if you are able to install the game after that?
