    I can't install or launch Imperator: Rome via the Xbox app for Windows 10


    I have the Game Pass for PC and I had Imperator: Rome installed for a while and today I wanted to play it. But the game just didn't launch when I tried. All other installed games were working fine, so I uninstalled so I could install again. Now I can't
    even install the game. When I click the "install" button nothings happens. I tried to test installing many other random games, and all of them worked. Just Imperator: Rome is not working.

    Following what I rad from other posts I already tried to:

    - restart the computer

    - reinstall the Xbox app

    - sign off and back in from the Xbox app

    - check for Windows updates

    - change some privacy seetings that worked for other people

    So far, nothing worked and I'm still unable to install this one game in particular.

    Hello. one possible solution is to search for the game in the windows microsoft store app and download it from there. the xbox app, being a beta, still gives mistakes

    Can't install Imperator: Rome

    Suddenly I had a brainwave that this issue could be caused by an dependent app and it was right.

    I've resetted the App "Gaming Services" and suddenly could install Imperator: Rome. The game also started.

    This is how you do it:

    Open the Settings app. Click on Apps. Search for "Gaming Services" and click on Advanced Options. Click on Reset.

    Keep in mind that the app could be named different if your Windows language isn't English.
