    I can't install free games on XBOX ONE


    I'm trying to install free games on my XBOX ONE but I can't. In the Microsoft Store they appear as OBTAINED but they don't appear in the library for instalaton, I tried the remote installation but it doesn't work either. The games I'm trying to install are: Efootball 2023, Overwatch 2 and Multiversus

    I did the process and the problem continues, in the microsoft store the game appears as purchased and there is no installation option and it also does not appear in the library for instalaton. This is happening with all free games

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console and then try installing them directly from Microsoft Store.
