i cant download halo infinte or crossfierX i have this probblem this game isnt compatible but i downloading xbox one version how i can solve this problem

Cool! Try this on your console Yosif_911, and then try to install the games again, please.

First, clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:
