I can't install a game Error 80070199 no matter what I do

Do you get this error code in any game that you’re trying to install? Let’s try some steps that might help. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Then try installing your game again.

Sigh. I was waiting to be able to buy Gold hoping that would solve the issue after trying everything above. No luck. I can connect to My Account no problem on the internet and have Gold applied to the Account. But everytime I download the profile it keeps
giving me the same error no matter what steps I do even after a power cycle. I'm at my wit's end.

Okay will try this when I don't have RL stuff to deal with.
