    I can't hear the game chat or communicate through my mic.


    The headphones and mic are working ive checked. Ive had to buy several new controllers and they work for a bit but then the mic mute icon comes up and it all stops working again! Is there a virus or something? can I get it back? thanks

    Could there be a problem with Kinect? I think its supposed to be a wireless Kinect but the troubleshooting page says to un-plug and then plug in again, its not possible to do this on our console?

    Hi thanks for your reply yes checked all those and headphones are plugged into the controller. Its happened a few times, we have replaced the controller and it fixes it for a bit but then for some reason the mic mute icon just pops up and it stops working
    again. When we go into settings to try to unmute it wont allow us to click on the option. It feels like some kind of bug TBH but I can't buy any more controllers!!

    Have you connected the headphones directly to your controller or are you using an adapter?

    Have you checked the in dashboard options to mute/unmute yourself?

    How have you checked that your haedphones are working? just to be sure that is 100% working.

    Questo bug, se è quello che penso, si sviluppa con la console ad avvio rapido. Ovvero in teoria dovresti averlo su COD Warzone e/o Fortnite. È stato riscontrato che se lasci acceso il gioco, spegnendo la one e riaccendendola, con l'avvio rapido la chat non
    funzioner più correttamente.

    Il mio consiglio prima di spegnere è quello di chiudere sempre il gioco, altrimenti avrai sempre lo stesso problema.
