    I cant hear nothing


    I have a control of xbox one which I connect to my pc to play video games, what happens is that when you want to play sondio from the control with a connected headphones you can not hear it, but from the xbox you can hear the sound

    On the pc it appears as if the sound was playing perfectly but I do not hear anything in the headphones

    CHAT HEADSET STOPPED WORKING AND SOLUTION

    done all that merlin and still nothing they can hear me but i cant hear them. i take the chat adaptor out and i can hear them

    If you unplug your headset, are you able to hear players through your Xbox One? If so, are you able to test a different headset to see if there's any change?

    Sorry to hear about the headset problem, have you tried this guide for troubleshooting yet?
    Xbox One Chat Headset Troubleshooting Sometimes it can help with the issue. Which headset are you using with the console as well?
