    What's up, since about 1 month ago I can't LISTEN to my friends in the voice chat of different games (fortnite, warzone), this only happens to me with the voice chat of those games, because in the XBOX group if I can listen normally, try all the possible configurations of the audio outputs, the weird thing here is that when I connect and disconnect the headphones I can hear my friends for a second and then again I can't hear them, In the case of Fortnite I connect and disconnect the headphones and there is a moment where I can hear my friends in the voice chat but not the game, what happens is that the sound of the game goes to the speakers of the tv and my headphones only hear my partner voice chat, I repeat all this only happens to me with the VOICE CHAT of the games specifically WARZONE and FORTNITE. It should be noted that my partners DO HEAR ME but the problem here is that I DO NOT HEAR THEM. if someone could help me I would appreciate it

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, restart your internet devices and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***
