    I can't hear my friends in party chat and I can't respond to any messages?!


    I can't hear my friends in party chat and I can't respond to any messages. Whenever I try to respond to a message it says I cannot respond because of past behavior, but I don't recall doing anything! Normally I'm just muted and only talk to my friends
    when I find it necessary. Can someone please help me be able to hear/talk to/and message my friends?

    Xbox one mix not working

    I can hear people in party chat whole using my mic but I can't respond. I checked my settings and my mic is plugged in. Suggestions on how to fix?

    Please help...

    i used to be a early preview member well there was too many bugs so I took it off and updated my system. Now every freaking time I invite people to my party or I'm in my friends party after about 5-10 mins nobody can hear me and I can't hear them. It is
    really irritating it happens every time I go to party chat no fail. I see the grey circles but they don't light up and my friends can still hear each other but can't hear me and I can't hear them. It happens 100% of the time. Party chat is completely broken

    Can't edit so posting it here.

    The problem is that I can no longer talk, listen to party chat and listen to game chat on the same headset as I once could.

    I can listen to game chat and party chat on the same headphones, but the xbox/controller doesn't send the audio form my microphone to any service.

    People in my party can not hear me, and when I record messages, there is nothing recorded.

    I can, however, hear my own voice when a certain setting is turned on, on the xbox. (I can't remember the name of this setting right now)

    My mic is not muted in any hardware control or any xbox setting that I know of.

    Hey there!

    Perhaps check out the volume settings?

    Press Xbox button > Speaker on bottom right, and then play with the volume settings,

    I believe its the same when you go to the party, audio options.

    Let me know if this helps?
    Also if your headphones have a volume feature, sure to see if that's all the way up,

    also if you have the "In game - party" feature on the headset, sure to hit the in between so you can hear both. (My razor has that feature and it's easy to forget lol)
