    I can’t hear friends or talk in Discord from my Xbox One S


    I was using Discord on a regular basis. One day I accidentally switched to game chat but when I switched back to Discord chat, I could no longer hear other people in the party, and I could not be heard by them. I left and rejoined the party several times on Xbox, I restarted the console, I disconnected and reconnected the Discord account and still nothing has helped resolve the issue.

    Splitscreen Party Chat

    Me and my bf have the same issue. We play together and with his best friends and we can hear them just not each other. Have you found a solution yet? We tried just connecting to discord but ofc we both can’t use discord to talk both on the xbox. One of us would have to be on our phone and there is a serious lag and it’s not worth it plus we would have to have game audio thru the tv. This sucks.

    I also us the A40's. I hear static every few minutes my one friend speaks using the A50's and the chat adapter. However, I don't hear any static when another friend talks using the basic the headset that comes with the xbox. The one using the regular mic
    said he heard static from me but none from the A50's.

    The same problem is happening to me , i have turtlebeach headset for my xbox one and i can only hear my friends thru discord i cant hear the game in the background of my headset , ive done everything i can to fix them but the audio wont come out from my headset just the discord call

    I realize what I said may be confusing. In a party chat, I can hear my friends but I can’t talk.
