I can't have my expedition ticket (to print)

When I ask for a reparation ( n° 1438008669 ), all the things was completed and accepted. When I tried to get a ticket (Click on the
button), It was grey and I wasn't abble to get the copy,. Thx for time. (;

Titanfall expedition problem

Hi, I bought the expedition pack and installed ,but nothing happens in my game

I can't play the new maps .

I m trying to play campaign and there are' not any new maps.

I go to to the multiplayer and at the bottom there are two lines .

"Expedition variety pack , and expedition attrition", when I select one of them they tell me to go to store become one or more downloadable map packs that you or someone in your private lobby doesn't own.

When I. Go to the store it shows the expedition already installed . And nothing else happen.

How to Delete DLC permanently from Xbox One Internal. Uninstall Not Working

Same issue with the Titanfall Expedition DLC. Can't move it, uninstall it...nothing.

I have the e-mail but print button translate me to reparation ticket and the print button is disabled

did you get a Trouble Ticket first? just wondering if that helps expedite as promised by the online chat help

I had the exact same issue. I paid for expedited shipping. There was no provided label for me to print, only an SR # (that they indicated I should give FedEx as the RMA number). The clerk at Fedex had no idea what to do (after an hour of phone calls and
hold time). Speaking with another Fedex location, I was told that I would have to pack it myself (but at least she could see the RMA record). I paid for expedited shipping and the same note was in my email. "Note If you've paid for an expedited shipping option
for your service order, locate a FedEx Office Store where you’ll be provided with a free box, packing material and an expedited shipping label. Don't go to any other locations as you may be charged for packing."

Unbelievable.
