I cant go online or join a club in forza horizon5

I've only gotten my game for 8 days but i wasnt able to go online or join a club, i thought it was just an small issue but its still not letting me join clubs. im a part of a family but everything is allowed for my accounnt and it still just won't work, i attached an image of what i see when i try to join a club. this might just be an issue that will be fixed but basically everyone else i know can join a club. i hope this problem gets fixed

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings using the organizer account, from there “block” the settings on this screenshot that has an arrow then submit, after that “allow” again then submit. Quit and re-launch the game once you have made the changes to re-sync it.
