I cant go on xbox live because of deleted credit card.

Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue, a while ago someone hacked into my credit card, and tried to buy something in japan for 1800 euros. Now cardstop saw this and deleted my card. My bank gave me a new mastercard. But my xbox live membership for 12 months with auto renewall
enabled, was payed with the old card which is deleted.

Now the year goes by, and in november my xbox account tried to buy the 1 year subscription because of the auto renewall. But with the old card that does'nt exist anymore. So it canceled the subscription. The problem is that it is a canceled subscription
so on my payment and billing it shows that i only have canceled subscription because nothing is active anymore. But the payment is red. I tried to buy a new xbox live membership for a year but i get the message:

"The payment option on an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase. On your xbox go to settings. Or go to account.microsoft.com/services to fix the problem."

Problem is the old card is not linked to my account anymore so i cant change or update it, because the old card doesnt exist anymore. I cant change the active subscription because i dont have an active subscription, it is canceled but still red on my account.
I tried the "pay now"-method which is for payments that you forgot to pay. But i dont have a pay now button because technically i dont have to pay anything to microsoft. Its not that they renewed my subscription without me paying them. I cant play online..

So i have a new card linked to my account but i cant update the unexisting one. I cant buy a different xbox live gold membership because i need to fix the canceled subscription in first, with a card that doesnt exist. I cant say stop auto renewall because
it is a canceled discription and not an active one. How do i fix this??

Please help me its for 3 months already (november), microsoft isnt replying on my mails or on twitter.. And the live chat says i have to go to support, which are the people who refuse to help me atm.

I have gold on a credit card and I cant take off the card and I can't add gold because it says I'm not connected to Xbox live
