This means that the system detects your account as a child account. Kindly check if you can see an organizer account linked to yours by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family.

If there is, you need to ask the organizer to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings to manage your settings.

If there is none, you need to ask an adult/your parents/guardian to add you as a member of their family group by them signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family. Once you're added, they can then sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings so they can manage your account settings.

Hi, it doesn't say I have an organizer, and when I go to Microsoft family, nothing pops up, it's just a white screen

View activity is set to "Allow", link takes me to the Privacy and Online Safety page through the browser, but getting the same issue.

I'm still getting the "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later." message when I click on the middle tab for Windows 10 devices online safety.

Where do I find the tab?

When I click Privacy&Online safety, it does not open a new page.
