    I can’t get them Minecraft: Better Together Update


    Hello, I have played the Minecraft game for 5+ hours, and I recently just played it to get my hours up. But i dont have the option to get the new update. And as I was told, after January 30th I can’t get the update anymore go free. I can’t get them Minecraft: Better Together Update :(

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having questions about how to install the better together edition of Minecraft. Usually by default you were able to get the Better Together version as part of an update.
    However that may have been promotional and sometimes can change to a paid purchase. Take a look at this helpful support article:

    Hi Dylan,

    Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. If the version of Minecraft you're using on disc is the Minecraft: Xbox One edition, then to update to the new Minecraft (Better Together), you'll need to purchase the game as it is a wholly different version.
    The free update from Minecraft: Xbox One edition to the new Minecraft edition (Better Together) ended on January 30th 2018.
