I cant get the new store for xbox one

Was able to get whatvi wanted via windows app no isdues but just cant get into the store app on the new x box one x it does mot give me an error just puts me back into the store tab page likevif u pressed the xbox home button and tabbed over to store

i cant get a new game from store it keeps reinstalling the old game with the same error code 104 . tried to notify someone but this is all i get and this doesn't help . i need to purchase a new game but the store keeps showing that i already own one
. what can i do to fix this?

i have the same problem, it's been 3 days and still cant get into the store from my xbox one

Trials that is available on the Xbox store is for new members/first time users only. I get the 14 day trial for Gamepass, which i cant use as i already used gamepass before.
