    Can you install/play other games aside from these two?

    Please also try resetting MS store and Xbox app. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset. Do the same with Xbox app and MS store.

    After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Game Services", stop the service and then start it back again.

    I Upgraded to windows11, made sure everything was in MY name, (my girlfriend set everything to hers by syncing computers), and it still won't load games?
