I can't get the adventure pass that I paid for

I bought the luminous night adventure pass on the Xbox app, because that is where I own MCD, and it said that my purchase might take a little bit to be processed, restart the game if you want it immediatly, so I did, and it kept saying that, so I went to make sure I had it purchased, Which I did, so then I went to MCD support center and found people with the same issue, but none of the solutions i found worked, so then I contacted Mojang support and they sent me an email saying that since it was not bought on the minecraft launcher, they cant help, so of course my next logical conclusion would be to make a community support request of my own! (sorry that its this long)

The only thing I found in my order history is my windows 10 realm but thats it

Exists the possibility that you purchased the game with a different account.
