I can’t get skate 3 because it thinks I’m in a different region

so i wanted to get skate 3 to play with my friends and it tells me to put my name in and i did and once i did it took me onto the billing page so i put all the details in but when it came to the state mine wasnt on there and i found out it was on US but
i live in the UK i tried changing my region in settings but that didnt work can somebody please help im really stuck ive tried xbox 360 but i have the same problem

Thank you i will try that but also my billing is in the right region but when it comes to putting in the info it is in the wrong region

Do the problem is it didn’t work now im stuck because it is in the wrong region and ive changed it on more or less everything when i get sent to the billing contact information it says “country/region United States” but ive changed it already

Did you try to restart your Xbox? Or maybe the billing information wrong and you can try to contact xbox billing.
