I can't get rewards

In order for us to perform a deposit of Credit, we require a Microsoft billing account to place Rewards Credits into as currency. A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required, using the instructions
at:https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/update-billing-information-on-xbox-one. After you set up your account using this method, it should take 4-5 days for the information to get through all our servers. You should be able to register
after that point!

Due to a large amount of user's claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. We see you claimed your prize a few days ago and it is showing as pending on the MyRewards screen. From the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we will not be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance. If you can also post the error message you receive when trying to redeem the codes, that would help.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Since we
cannot resolve this issue ourselves due to privacy concerns around billable account information, we must wait on the payment team to provide us with their resolution. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting
your information will likely not solve this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
