I can't get online on my Xbox One to play games

Xbox support mentioned that they are aware of reports of Xbox One console startup, title update and sign-in errors. Our teams have identified the cause for our earlier issues and are continuing to address these now.

that was affecting several consoles? Is your console enrolled in the
Xbox Insider program? The service alert has been lifted. We recommend
power cycling
the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Give it a shot since this is the workaround for this particular issue!

There has been an issue on the services side of things. Xbox tweeted out that they are aware of the situation and are working on getting the fix out.

I believe people are starting to get back online already. Just give it a little while and it will be back up and running.

My xbox one s say i have gold. But i can't play online game

Have you tried with Human Fall Flat? I can only play online multiplayer with one player per xbox. I would love to play with my son online with friends, but I can't seem to get it to work.
