I cant get on to my subscriptions

For some reason I cannot access my subscriptions on the settings menu of my xbox. Everytime I try its telling me there is a temporary problem with the service. But on the xbox live status page it say everything is working properly.. I'm just trying to cancel
my subscription so I can use a code.. but it's not having any of it and I cannot find a way round doing it.. the xbox app does not allow me to do it on there.. and neither does the website

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue accessing your subscriptions. We recommend to try a

power cycle on the console. If still doesn't launch, you can also go to the
account website to access the subscriptions.

So.... its not working and i cant call support. I cant even cancel the subscription to get my money back?

Still i cant use any xbox live gold services and i wonder if i will get my money back or my subscription.

Sorry to hear about that, however, if you're trying to cancel your subscription completely, you can do so by signing in here: https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil... and if it's not listed, you can use the refund form here: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund and once approved, your subscription will also be canceled.

Refunds are normally take a few business days to appear in your account.
