I can’t get my Xbox on and it’s very slow when trying

Im having a issue similar to the black screen of death where it loads up to a black screen however it takes way longer then normal to get there and eventually it says preparing console for a long time loads up and goes to the trouble shoot screen where I
tried to factory reset but when I clicked remove all but keep games and apps it doesnt respon for almost a minute or two but finally does it turns back on goes to the black screen takes a long time to get to the preparing console screen and it takes me back
to trouble shoot

Microsoft solitaire access problems

I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection because my computer was very slow. When I try to reinstall, I get an error code 0x80080207.

 

Need help

so I redeemed my Xbox live as usual and when I came to redeem it said I got it but I can’t actually use it, it keeps coming up with get more with gold but I’m able to get the games that’s are free with gold but can’t join party’s or play online

Help would be very appreciated

Offline System Update. The OSU will allow you to download the most stable and current version of the console and upload it to your Xbox One. Be sure to follow the steps from the link above to perform the update properly.
