    I can't get my Xbox game pass to work.


    So I got a Xbox controller and whit it I got a coupon for free ultimate for a fortnite but I can't get it to work. Can someone explain to me why that is? Btw I already used a Xbox game pass coupon before.

    I have just tried it again, and the Xbox game pass still doesn't work. My Xbox status of the subscription is active and I still can't be able to download any games from the game pass store.

    New Zealand here too and I am getting this issue with all my owned games and game pass games. All my games are digital so can't shove a disc in there to see if that works.

    Yes it is but it's only available on my mobile and can't switch it to my Xbox.. I have the same email the same epic games and everything link to my Xbox and phone but I can't get it on my Xbox to buy my battle pass. Can't do it on my phone either
