    It's been a year since i'm stuck with this problem... And i involved your services more than 4 times..

    Is there any possibilities yet to receive my credits ?

    If I click there, i'll be on the bill information page which doesn't pinpoint me to any irregular or false information that need to be changed !?

    What can you do for me now ?

    No, I was asking can i have xbox live gold for 1 month not a trial because i was gonna get xbox gold anyways but it says i cant get it and my bill information keep saying it a error with it i keep trying to fill in the bill information but it wont let me
    complete the process so im just asking for 1 month for free please my free i just dont know why the trial isnt working I can't get my credits (Keep asking to update my bill informations) :(

    I can't get my Credits

    Credits for that offer should show as pending about 96 hours after all 3 games have been released.

    Hi SansRaison. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once there is a fix, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    This issue obviously hasn't been cleared up as I too am having this issue. My billing and credit card information is all correct and I still can't get the system to authorize my payment information.

    Hi X1Sparks. Your Rewards location and your Xbox Live location do not match and this is causing the deposits to fail. Your Rewards location is MEX and your Xbox Live location is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll
    need to opt out of the program, wait for 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do that, please contact us again and we'll recover your pending credits.
