    Greetings!

    I've been using an XBOX 360 wireless controller on my pc for many years, I have a controller and a wireless adapter, it was always working fine, then recently I bought a 2nd controlled, but I couldn't ever find 360 ones, probably out of stock since they are ancient at this point, so I got a TRUST GXT 545 YULE, it comes with it's own wireless dongle. I plugged it in, it seemed to work fine, both controllers working, 2 players playing at once no problem.

    Now the next day, I tried to play single player on a new controller, and I just couldn't get it to work, it is connected, both controllers show up in windows but there is no response from the new one. I somehow reset the new controller with it's built-in button switched back and forth from X to D input modes and it started responding, then it randomly disconnected after like 2-3 hours of use ( no, not the battery running out) and I couldn't get it to work, the XBOX 360 one worked, but not the TRUST one, so I tried plugging both dongle and wireless adapter in and out, checking device manager, devices and printers for controller settings, now I ended up that my 360 wireless adapter doesn't even light up, so 360 controller can't even connect, cuz adapter just doesn't communicate with the computer, but the TRUST controller seems to be working again BUT, the windows is telling me that it is a 360 controller (and spoiler alert- it's not a 360 controller). How do i get my 360 adapter to work again and PC to recognize both controllers so they can be used together and standalone when needed? I'm literally out of ideas at this point. Are there some drivers I can download so the PC can tell the difference and allow the controllers to finally work together?

    worst part, all that nonsense messed up my Razer Synapse and now the audio isn't working from one of the channels. Microsoft pls...

    I can't really understand why Microsoft support isn't an option so I guess the forums is the only way to try to get my issue fixed.

    My headsets doesnt work anymore on my xbox one..

    I tried that solutions already but didnt work. I have a trust gxt headset since today btw.

    I tried soft reset also didnt work

    And hard reset also no luck

    And my console is not even 1 year old...

    For the Xbox 360, you can't use those codes. they're for the original Xbox. You can try calling Xbox Support at 1800-4My-Xbox or 0844 545 81 43 for UK to see if they can swap out the code for a 360 one.

    Nope. Not going to touch another Xbox Console After 360. I can't trust MS anymore. Still have PS4 Launch edition pre-ordered at Amazon. And that pre-order isn't going anywhere.
