    I sent my Xbox to get serviced and they sent me a different one back the same Version tho but ever since I got this one I haven't been able to connect a wireless controller to it and I thought it was the controller so I went and bought a new one but this controller won't connect either

    Yes it does it's what I've been doing but I don't understand it's a wireless controller but it's not connecting wirelessly

    Have you tried to sync the controllers via a USB cable?

    Remove the batteries, connect the USB cable to the console and controller, and then press the Xbox button on the controller.
