I CAN'T GET MY ACCOUNT HELPP

every time I try to log in something pops up saying help us secure your account after typing in my email and password it takes me straight to verify with phone number. How-ever i do not own that phone number anymore so it takes me to the verify online form i have done it many times but it doesn't even help in getting my account back and the only way of verification they provide is my phone number and i don't have that phone number or have access to it anymore
