I can't get my account because I I don't have the password or email

Corey, Microsoft only has one method for account recovery, only by doing so can you regain access to your account, since Customer Service cannot provide any type of data in that regard.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/. Once there, they must click on the circle in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click login.

If as a user you do not have any of the recovery options connected to your account, you should click on the selection that says "I do not have any of these". When you click on that link, they will be sent to a Microsoft form. You must complete it, including all pertinent information, and Microsoft will contact you and try to help them recover to regain access to your account.

If the user has forgotten their login information, they should go to login. Choose your login options. This will ask you to enter an alternate email address associated with the account or a phone number.

If the user does not have another linked account to help provide account access, it is recommended to create another account. Once they create the account, they must use the new account to log in and select "forgotten password". By choosing the option "I forgot my password", you will be sent the link to the form mentioned above. completed the form Microsoft will contact you.

The problem I am having is that as soon as I enter my email for my MS account I can;t ever get to the password point...it gives me the 0815000A error after I enter email....so all the password fixes don't work because I can't make it to that point.

as i said before i can't access my account because they swap my email for a email i don't even know and then they removed my email making password out of the questions.

Ok how about if I don't know my password to log on to my account and I can't remember my password for my yahoo email account and I know it wasn't compromised because I was on less the 6 days ago.
