I can't get my account back

hello, an unpleasant situation has happened, I haven't played on my xbox account for about 5 months, and just recently, when I wanted to play sea of thieves, I was asked to enter my xbox account password when logging in, after I entered the password, I was asked to confirm login from my phone, but the fact is that in the identifier, on my phone, I have a different microsoft account, and I can't confirm it in any way. I can't get the code via SMS either, since microsoft can't send codes to my country, I have access to the mail to which the account is linked, but for some reason I can't restore it through it. I am ready to answer any questions to prove that I am the real owner of this account, up to the date of the last donation on the account. I can't restore through the recovery window because my application is immediately rejected due to insufficient account information.

You can only have 2 accounts on the same email if you are talking about 2 different Minecraft editions, but if you are referring to the same Minecraft editions, and you are being logged into a different account and not the one that have the game purchased, is because you are using a different email account or not using Microsoft login option

I am very sorry to hear about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Apart from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

follow the guide there to recover your account.

if you still need help click on the Contact Us button on that page then for category select Family and online safety, then for topic select I want to protect my account.

then click Next, click Skip then scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat online or Request a call

the fastest way to do this is to calling xbox support right now, if you try via chat it will take much longer

Something I would possibly do is create another Email account (solely for Xbox use) and tie your Xbox Account to "said new email." Customer Service would be happy to help.
