    I can't get into the account which I paid for Minecraft on


    I made one Microsoft account and bought Minecraft on it, but when I sign in into that Microsoft account it goes to a different account which doesn't have Minecraft on it. I don't know how it happened, i'm not trying to buy the game twice! I have a photo for proof.

    Try removing all logged-in accounts completely from the launcher and adding the account again. You can request a callback on the support page.

    I assume they're talking about your Xbox email or Gamertag. If you log in with your account on this link and click on the profile in the upper right corner it will show your account email and Gamertag.

    Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 and log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner.

    If an account is already logged in, log out of the account and log in with the account that purchased the game. Then look for the game in the store and install it.
