I can't get into PubG goes to a tag to buy game pass. Help

I do have the money to buy the game pass, I am trying to get the 2 months package for 2$ and I can't get it, same goes for 1 month.

I buy my games new. I like knowing that the game I'm getting should work with no problems and won't be scratched. Plus I get the online pass or whatever else comes with the game. Even if I don't buy the game on release, when it goes down to $20 I still
buy the game new.

Also you can't beat that new game smell.

The issue is that the games you are trying to download from the Xbox Game Pass subscription to your PC are only available for Xbox One so the message is correct in that you are trying to start a remote installation to an Xbox One that you do not own. PUBG
is only available for Xbox One through the Microsoft Store. You will have to buy and play PUBG on PC using a different platform, like Steam. All of the other games on the picture that doesn't let you download on PC is because they are only available on Xbox
One. The only ones available to install from the Game Pass on PC are games that are available for purchase on PC through the Microsoft Store. Every product has a tag that says "Available On" and it will say what platform the game is available for through the
Microsoft Store.

Games that you downloaded from the Game Pass won't be in your library but rather a specific section for Game Pass games.

Same here! Kinect is in the main large living area and getting replaced with the X, but now can't use the kinect! In addition like the author, I thought PUBg was included (purchased from Costco) so I expected all easy transition. Now the daughter is angry
that she cant play her games and my son is disappointed that he cant play pubg. Should I return and buy an older system?

PUBG is a free to play game so it's not part of Game Pass. So redeeming Ultimate would have no affect on whether or not you get the game.
